
Candice is our Fitness and Wellbeing Coordinator, she teaches and coordinates fitness classes and supervises gym sessions. Candice has a passion for preventative health care e.g. falls prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness, particularly yoga. Away from Seachange, you will find her outside - walking the dogs, watching wildlife, trail running, or on the allotment.
