SupportGroups and Activities

We offer a range of support groups and supportive activities to help you and your loved one.

Neurodivergence in Women

Our Neurodivergence in Women workshops are a friendly, supportive space to explore your experiences, understand yourself more deeply and connect with other women who genuinely get it.

Across the two sessions, we’ll look at late diagnosis, masking, burnout, emotional regulation, identity, relationships, communicating your needs and practising a little more self-compassion. These workshops are open to women who are diagnosed, currently seeking a diagnosis or self-diagnosed. Come exactly as you are perfectly prepared, mildly flustered or somewhere in between.

Friday 24th and 31st July 1000-1230hrs
