You’ll be joining a small, dedicated team based primarily at Seachange, where you’ll see first-hand the impact of our work and engage directly with the community.
Trainee Fundraiser
Main Base: Seachange in Budleigh Salterton (flexible working and travel across East Devon expected)
Permanent Position – Full Time
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
Seachange is a registered charity at the heart of the Woodbury, Exmouth, and Budleigh Salterton community, providing essential health and wellbeing services. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Fundraiser to join our team and develop a rewarding career in the charity sector.
This is an entry-level opportunity offering full training and support, including:
- Membership of Fundraising Everywhere (access to 400+ training sessions, webinars, conferences, expert advice, and more)
- A place on the Fundraisers Forum Fundraising Essentials course
- Weekly in-person mentoring from an experienced fundraising professional
- The opportunity to complete the Certificate in Fundraising (or equivalent) after 12 months
- Free gym membership and discounted onsite café access
